Built For Table PC's, But Useful For Everyone

Pros: Designed for Tablet PC's but usable on regular PCs as well; advanced pen-based functionality.

Cons: Cost

The Bottom Line: OneNote 2003 is a welcome addition to the Microsoft Office family of application, a suite of products that continue to grow in complexity, functionality, and of course price.
