I bought 3 of these to resell and I wanted to keep one really bad but I had to sell them very nice layout everything was easy to get to fast processor it loads quick even windows vista loads quick no problems with anything installed a microsoft webcam on it and a customer of mine is using it to comunicate with mexico via yahoo messenger chat with voice and video i had no problem software loaded very quickly windows vista didnt have the drivers for the webcam i was disapointed but its no big deal because i had the cd, customer was very satisfied he was upgrading from a 1.2 gig processor as soon as he used it he was happy with it, dell offers a standard 1 year warranty with phone support onsite and parts very nice warranty my father works for a company that handles dells phone calls for tech support / customer service and he also uses one of the 1501 laptops and he also enjoys it, I hope this has helped someone make the right choice it gives alot of bang for the buck but only draw backs are the video quality wasnt that great if your a hard core gamer you wont be able to upgrade video cards very easily ive even heard that your not even able to im not real sure but if your into games i would check into before buying it great for office work and web surfing
