4 delivery dates, 4 non deliveries, still waiting after 4 weeks. No one bothered to contact me, I had to chse.
I requested specific information and this was ignore.
VERY poor service.
I will not use them again and will encourage others NOT to use them as well.
With this approach to customer service, I an surprised they are still in business!

Two items not in stock at time of order so they all arrived separately with individual shipping charges, instead of the usual delivery of all items together with single delivery charge.
Just one of those things that happens occasionally, overall I have always been very happy with Misco's service and will continue to use them as my primary source of computer components.

Did not get message that it was out of stock then had a delay which meant I had to purchase else where as it was a birthday gift. Gift then arrived despite me cancelling but this was explained to me when I called as it was coming direct from supplier. Collection was organised electronically and spot on time.
Bit worried as I received an invoice which I assumed had been cancelled - can you clarify please?

30 day delay and counting in delivering the product. No explanation offered except "Unexpected Delay".
I have always found this venfor fast and reliable but this is unnacceptable. No online facility offered to cancel the order only ringing the sales team which is also unnacceptable.

Misco have kept me informed that the purchase I made was out of stock. They have offered an alternative, or promisede to deliver within 30 days. Although I am in no great hurry for the product that I have ordered, I could have been. Therefore I think it would be a good business ethic if Misco informed customers of availability before they make the purchae.

The item is apparently out of stock, and there is no guidance as to when I will receive it. I have had to contact Customer Services on a couple of occasions to find out the order status, rather than Misco being proactive and contacting me. However, Misco is considerably cheaper than other online retailers - perhaps I'm paying the price now.

It was quick and easy to find the product i wanted and it was an added bonus to be able to pay through Paypal as well as pay with a credit/debit card.
