This order was urgent. Ordering date: 7th Delivery time was advice 2 to 3 days, delivery expected at the latest Monday. A 8000 mail print run awaiting ink. Monday I rang to confirm definat delivery. I had to speak to someone in the USA? Promise of a ring back never returned, neither e-mail. Cost of special delivery next morning £18.00 Your service is usually good as long as no accurate information is needed.

Having dealt with fuss3 for a number of years I approached them for an urgently needed printer spare. Not only did they supply the spare by next day delivery but they were able to give technical advise over the phone to facilitate the repair.
