Arrived one week after ordering. It would have been a couple of days sooner but they had to source it from a different supplier as their usual one had run out. Very good at keeping me in the picture and offered me a refund if I did not want to proceed with the purchase as it was very slightly late.

After waiting a long time for this product to come in stock it was shipped with a 2 pin continental power transformer only. A UK 3 pin could not be sourced so I had to return whole item and go on a waiting list again. Not acceptable. Arranged to collect twice with customer service but nothing ever happened. Customer service never returned my calls via email at any time.
In the end I easily sourced a UK 3 pin power transformer myself and kept the router but it end up costing me more.
