Two phones ordered 18 months apart. Easy to order & delivery in both cases on time. But neither SIM would activate online. In first case it took 2 days & 9 phone calls (continually being cut off) to get up and running. On second occasion it took two WEEKS to get going. E-mails were ignored, & they couldn't even get returns right. I arranged a return & when the paperwork arrived (8 days later) it said phone had been terminated. It hadn't. Finally sorted but won't use Orange EVER again.
re Sagem my410x handset offered for free with 18 month contract - delivered within 24 hours - VERY helpful contact - would recommend to anyone. Thank you, Orange.
Was dew a free upgrade at the end of my contract year. I asked for a 6230. Oranges reply was 'for the that phone it's an extra £50' so i decided to terminate my contract with orange, low and behold all of a sudden Orange could do it for no extra charge, I then waited one month for the phone to arrive at which point my next years contract began so Orange got a extra months contract out of me because of no fault of my own,
i orderd 4 mobile phones from orange but i naver get them.i was very disappoited from they service.the diclained my order for no reson after the charch my credit card.i sugest not to by from orange on line.
i bought a nokia 3300 from the orange shop online and the sevice was exellent it was delivered ontime and the phone itself for what it was, was well worth the money at the time. I would advise people who are looking for a pay as you go phone or a contract phone to visit the orange website its well worth a look
